Amity International School Abu Dhabi is part of the Amity Education Group, a not-for-profit Education Foundation with campuses across the world. Morgan Whitfield talks about how SchooliP is helping to track Amity International School's ever-growing family.

Morgan stated "We did a lot of investigating, looking at different platforms for teaching and learning that we thought would be really impactful, and we felt that SchooliP was something very special.
Morgan elaborated "The most valuable aspect of SchooliP is the strategic vision for improvement planning, with the identification of school priorities which feed into the staff professional development process. This provides our school with a live document where all staff know their obligations and how they fit into the bigger picture."
Morgan continued "And then you can see them all, every single day, adding and contributing to those school priorities, so every staff member knows where they're going, and how it's linked to the larger school priorities.”
We then asked Morgan the following questions:
Morgan spoke briefly about the new dashboard displays available within SchooliP, calling them "beautiful"! Morgan then followed up with "They gave such a great overview for school leaders, both middle and senior, to understand where teaching and learning had its strengths and its areas of development too!"
We were recently inspected, and we're awaiting the results, but I have to say that going through the inspection process, with SchooliP, I felt so much more confident and I think our team felt so too.
Morgan was impressed with the flexibility of SchooliP, and described "how it can shape the culture and development of a school. Having that extensive experience, to kind of inform the direction that we wanted to take, allowed us to build something much more meaningful."
Due to SchooliP, being able to pinpoint areas where we were improving, we could identify our weaknesses. Having the ability to demonstrate this to others in the leadership dashboards was simply fantastic!
